About us: Salmon United
Watershed Watch Salmon Society, SkeenaWild Conservation Trust, and Raincoast Conservation Foundation are combining our expertise in ecology, policy analysis, and public advocacy with your voice, to hold decision-makers accountable and ensure that B.C.’s wild salmon can thrive for generations to come.

Watershed Watch Salmon Society
Since 1998, Watershed Watch has been a lead advocate for B.C.’s wild salmon. They bridge the gap between rigorous science and public action, focusing on critical issues like habitat restoration, reforming salmon farms, and securing stable funding for river monitoring. Their mission is to ensure thriving wild salmon runs across B.C. forever.

SkeenaWild Conservation Trust
SkeenaWild is dedicated to the health of one of the world’s most iconic salmon watersheds. They believe that where salmon thrive, all life flourishes—from human communities to the natural world. SkeenaWild is a consistent presence on the side of salmon communities, working through political and environmental shifts to defend the wild salmon and steelhead of the North Coast.

Raincoast Conservation Foundation
Raincoast is a team of conservationists and scientists whose work is guided by their own research. Their science and analysis underpin strategies to protect wild salmon as foundation species that sustain coastal ecosystems from the bottom up. With a mandate to Investigate, Inform, and Inspire, they protect the lands, waters, and wildlife of coastal British Columbia.
